So, you just received your package in the mail. Excitement courses through your body as you open the box and unwrap your new oil. You're ready to get started.... but how do you use it?

Oils are commonly used in spiritual belief systems such as hoodoo, also known as conjure, rootwork, or African American folk magic. Anointing with oil is also a sacrament commonly performed in the Bible. However, if you plan to develop your own personalized ritual, then you should allow your intuition to guide you.
Before moving forward, some important information about oils. Unless otherwise indicated, they are meant for external use only. In addition, depending upon the ingredients in the oil, they may not be safe for application on the skin. This is why you should always pay close attention to the product description and any instructions. In addition, to avoid an allergic reaction, test a small amount of the oil on your skin first.
