The Root Chakra, or base chakra, is the first of seven main energy centers of the body. It is located at the base of the spine and is represented by the color red. The Sanskrit name for the Root Chakra is Muladhara, and its mantra is “I am.” This chakra governs our sense of stability, security, and safety. It also controls our survival instincts and meeting our primal needs such as food and shelter. When the Root Chakra is balanced, we feel connected to ourselves, nature and the earth.
Ingredients: Burdock root, hyssop, dandelion root, angelica root and other Root Chakra healing herbs infused in a base of fractionated coconut oil and jojoba oil, with fragrance oil (paraben-free and phthalate-free).
