The first thing you may notice is an increase in your heart rate. This quickly accelerates, until it feels as though the organ is literally about to burst out of your chest. Your breathing automatically speeds up, becomes shallow and labored, and you may begin hyperventilating. 
Does the energy of a crystal change once it has been polished? Is it still as effective? This is a debate that has gone on for quite some time. 
I grew up deep in the Christian church, although at the time of my youth, Reiki and energy healing were unheard of. What was often discussed was the 'laying on of hands,' where members of the church would pray over one another, touching the individual on the shoulder, arm, or head, as if to reinforce God's work. |
